We met Eloise and Nicola by chance. They were doing some work at our daughters’ school. Upon meeting them we asked if they could come for a chat. Having struggled with our daughters ‘ anxieties for over a year we needed help. We had been asking for help from medical professionals for some time but apart from the odd leaflet and rushed appointment we got nothing. One bit of advice we did consistently get however, was not to draw attention to the fact the girls would only whisper in front of others. After a few meetings, where Eloise and Nicola won the girls over more each time, we had a discussion. Their support and advice has led us to see more progress in 2 weeks than we had in 1 year. The girls confidence has grown and their ‘big voices’ are coming out more and more. Eloise and Nicola advised us to challenge it, supporting the girls and it worked! We are a stronger and happier family because of Eloise and Nicola’s input. Our girls are breaking through anxieties that have cast a shadow for over a year. We cannot recommend SENDS enough! They are not only knowledgeable but they are approachable, trustworthy and funny. They will get on the floor and play, they will chat and make you feel at ease. The most important thing of all, they listen and they believe 😊thank you so much ladies x

Nik and Eloise were fabulous! My son was assessed and the advice was clear and concise. They listened to all my thoughts and struggles and always made me feel comfortable and able to be honest. I was reassured and given some brilliant ideas and advice about how to deal with particular areas we struggle with. I would highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for their help.
